Thank you for volunteering to help during this incredible event! It is a blessing to have such a great team! As a volunteer you register for free! Your lunch is provided and all volunteers should be able to attend most of the sessions.
The area where help is needed is as follows, please be sure you can commit to the requirements.
- Set Up - Volunteers will need to be at the church from Friday, August 8th, time TBD
- Clean Up - Volunteers will need to be available to stay after 2pm for clean up
- Food during the conference
- Greeters - Volunteers will need to arrive no later than 8am on Saturday, August 9th
- Check In - Volunteers will need to arrive no later than 8am on Saturday, August 9th
- Runners - Volunteers will be helping our presenters
When you sign up to be a volunteer, please be sure to select where you will be able to help based on your availability.

We will have tables set out for everyone to browse various curriculums during breaks!
