Timeline:  To facilitate a smooth check-in, please arrive at your designated time. If you are riding with an upperclassman you may arrive at their time. Please enter through the front door and check in at the table. After check-in, we will assemble outside for Senior photos, and group photos.

·  6:30 pm Seniors Arrive

·  7:00 pm Juniors, Sophomores & Freshmen arrive

·  7:00 pm - 10:30 pm Prom

 

No Paper Tickets - Give your name at the door to check in. 

 

Save room for dessert but no meal will be provided this year. Make sure you check out our drinks and dessert charcuterie bar!

 

Adults are not required to have a ticket to chaperone or volunteer but must be TACHE members. Please message the prom committee if interested (903)714-2557

Code of Conduct Attendance Agreement: EVERY ATTENDEE Please read the entirety of this agreement as well as the dress code linked below. This Agreement applies to all attendees Students, Adult volunteers, TACHE and NON-TACHE. By attending TACHE Prom you agree to the following:

 

Dress Code

-Formal attire is required. If you arrive at Prom and it is deemed that your attire does not follow the dress code, you may be asked to go home and change, or a covering may be provided to wear under/over your attire. 

-Everyone must remain in dress code throughout the evening. Gentlemen may remove their jackets and ties once dancing begins, but shirts must stay buttoned to the line even with your armpit.  

-Violation of dress code, including removing any fixes, will result in your removal from prom. Photos taken of those out of dress code will be deleted before the prom album is shared.

-Masks need to be appropriate to TACHE code of conduct standards. No profanity, images or depictions of things that are not approved by TACHE standards.

Code of Conduct

Once you enter the building, participants will remain inside until leaving. Participants that need to go out to their vehicle will be accompanied by a chaperone. If you leave without a chaperone you will not be allowed back in. Any student who wishes to leave prior to 9PM will have their parent contacted prior to being released.

 

Respectful and Courteous Behavior is Expected and Required

 

TACHE requires all participants, both students and adult volunteers, to conduct themselves in a proper and decorous manner at all prom functions, including workdays and dance lessons. Participants are expected to treat each other with courtesy and respect at all times.

 

Keep Social Media Posts Respectful

Avoid threats, bullying, sexting, or other inappropriate social media posts.

 

Avoid Public Displays of Affection

Kissing, caressing, or extended embracing or sitting on each other’s laps is likewise unacceptable.

 

Keep Dancing Clean

Avoid body against body dancing and movements which could be considered provocative such as groping, dirty dancing, or twerking. Moshing and body surfing are not allowed.

 

No Smoking, chewing tobacco, e-cigs, or vaping. No alcohol, No illegal drugs, No weapons.

 

Code of Conduct violations, including disrespectful or violent behavior, taking items that do not belong to you or refusal to adhere to all of the above, may result in expulsion from the event without reimbursement. TACHE reserves the right to respond to any violation by prohibiting the violator(s) from attending any future events, including prom itself.

 

By attending TACHE prom you are giving your consent to your image being shared in photos through TACHE.
