Instrument selection sign ups for the TACHE Band are open! We currently have two dates available on the calendar: Wednesday May 21 & Thursday May 22. Sign ups are required in advance. Spots are limited and first come, first serve. We will have a variety of beginner instruments on hand for students to try.

We have some great things in store for our band this upcoming year! No experience is required, but we ask that kids be motivated and at least 10 years old by October to participate. We offer three levels of band - Blue, Gold and Honors, based on level of experience. New students with experience may audition for Gold Band or Honors Band, please let us know that you wish to audition on your sign up and come prepared with your audition music and scales.

If you want to try out saxophone or percussion, make sure to come to the first date as they are limited in space.
 
Our Blue Band consists of woodwind (flute, clarinet, alto saxophone,) brass (trumpet, trombone, euphonium, tuba,) and percussion (snare drum, orchestra bells.) Our Gold Band and Honors Band consist of woodwinds (flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone,) brass (trumpet, french horn, trombone, euphonium, tuba,) and percussion (batter percussion, mallet percussion, cymbals, auxiliary percussion.)
 

You MUST become a TACHE Member before Band Camp begins in August to be eligible for the TACHE Band.
